Session 2

  • Discuss where you identified negative self-talk and how it affects the way you play.

  • Practice a powerful thought-stopping technique to address negative self-talk.

  • Explore the importance of “carrying yourself like a champion” and how that gives you the mental edge.

  • Use hypnosis to reset and rewire your doubts into belief.

  • Create a personalized audio for you to listen to at night and reinforce everything we worked on in the sessions.

Session 3 & 4

  • Learn a simple, powerful technique for self-hypnosis so you can use it to strengthen and reinforce the tools and techniques we applied in our sessions.

  • You’ll be able to use them for the rest of your life in both sports and accomplishing any goals in your future.

  • Master a valuable mindset training technique to create powerful mental toughness blueprints in your inner-conscious.
